Scott Smith has 26 years experience in the nonprofit sector ranging broadly from Executive Director to Vice President of Operations to Chief Executive Officer. He served as Board Chair of the Thomas M. Menino YMCA in Boston and was appointed to the Massachusetts Lt. Governor’s Interagency Council and the Boston Mayor’s Commission on Homelessness. He also currently serves on the Blue Hills Bancorp Board of Directors where he is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Scott is a graduate of Salisbury University, enjoys spending time on the Cape and he resides in Boston. 

Michelle Keddy Consalvo brings over 20 years experience in the philanthropic sector. Her expertise in program impact, fund development, community engagement and board development have helped transform many nonprofit organizations. She has served on many community boards and remains active in leading such organizations as Boston Centers for Youth and Families, Women Amongst Us and the Menino Art Center. Michelle is a graduate of Springfield College, is the proud mother of three children and resides in Boston.

In addition to Scott and Michelle, The SC Group has talented Associates that help in the work. All engagements are lead directly by either Scott or Michelle.
